5 Days Congo Gorilla trekking & Nyiragongo Hiking Tour; Congo Gorilla Safaris

Day1: Transfer to Goma (Virunga National Park)
Upon arrival at kigali International airport, you will transfer from  Kigali Rwanda drive to Gisenyi where you will cross to Congo Goma Via  Grande Barrier Border, Dinner and overnight at Kimbumba Tented Camp.

Day2: Gorilla Trekking in Virunga National Park.
In the morning, you will go for gorilla trekking of the mountain  gorillas in the wilderness of Virunga where you may spot other  primates and birds . The search for the gorillas takes 1-4 hours and  once found them you will, you will watch them playing and feeding ,  After return to the lodge for relaxation and viewing the Mikeno  Mountain which is one of the eight volcanoes that form the Virunga  Mountain Ranges. Dinner and overnight At the Camp.

Day3: Ascending Climbing Nyiragongo In Volcano

Hike to the world’s largest lava lake is a wonderful experience as its  among the Virunga Mountains, this hike starts from Kibati Station.  After Early morning breakfast, the traveler will set off in another  safari jeep well protected and guarded up to Kibati the starting point  for the hike . The climbing adventures take about 6-7 hours depending
on the movement of the team and the number of people in the trek.  Overnight at the top of the volcano, dinner and overnight at wooden  Tents/Cabins at the summit, meal plan

Day4: Descending Climbing Nyiragongo Volcano.

You will descend to Goma and arrive at Kibati in the morning around  mid-day and transfer to Goma for lunch and later transfer to Gisenyi  for relaxation at Lake Kivu from Lake Kivu water front beach Hotel.

Day5: Relaxation & Transfer to Kigali.
You will enjoy morning boat cruise on lake Kivu and by mid day start  to drive back to Kigali this is extra 4 hours drive with the driving  speed limit of 60/km/hr in Rwanda.
